What kind of contract do I have to sign?

Our usual contract outlines our deliverables, the responsibilities we have to you as our customer, and an agreement to maintain confidentiality. Every contract is negotiable, so if there’s something you’d like to discuss, just let us know.

If I have an onsite problem, will you send a technician to help?

Of course! All our contracts include onsite support, although most common support questions can be resolved remotely. In the event of a hardware or network failure, a technician will be dispatched to your place of business ASAP.

What is the average ticket response time?

Though some tickets take more, and some take less, our average response time is about 15 minutes for non-emergency questions. In emergency situations, we understand that time is a priority, so our response time is well under 5 minutes.

Can you handle vendor coordination (3rd party vendor management) for us?

We like to think of vendor management as one of the greatest assets of a managed service provider. We’re able to manage all aspects of your IT infrastructure, from buying power cables, to server maintenance. If you need to speak to your ISP, have a copy machine serviced, or get an update from a software company, we can handle those vendors for you. Instead of waiting on the line with different third-party vendors, just give us a call and we’ll do the legwork while you get business done. We make sure to maintain accurate records of the vendors you use, their warranties and SLA’s, to make sure that your questions are dealt with efficiently and promptly.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Just because most businesses work 9 to 5 doesn’t mean you do. At ETech 7, we recognize that people can run into IT problems at any hour, so we’re happy to offer 24/7 support, 365 days a year.

Are there any hardware requirements to work with ETech 7?

Yes. Just like most modern software won’t run well (or at all) on a computer that has, say, 4MB of memory, we have certain hardware requirements for our clients. Our IT protocols are geared towards working with customers that assume a basic level of hardware infrastructure. Without these requirements, the efficiency and security of our process would be compromised. If you’re unsure about where to start looking for enterprise hardware, we’re more than happy to help with some recommendations.

How will you keep my data safe?
