Right Networks Introduces Mobile Suite with New iPad Application

Right Networks, a provider of hosted small business accounting applications, announced the launch of its iPad application.

According to a release, Right Networks' commitment to providing their customers with anywhere, anytime access was the litmus for the iPad application development.

"This new application allows customers a simpler way to access the full features of Right Networks hosting through their Apple device," said Phil Romine Right Networks Partner and Chief Technology Officer.

The iPad application is free to download from the iTunes store. Current Right Networks customers can login using their current username and password. New Right Networks customers can sign up for service right from the iPad application.

Innovaro Introduces Software for Small Businesses

Innovaro, Inc., a provider of software-driven solutions, announced a joint venture with 23Forty Design and Consulting to launch a retail software product to monitor customer sentiment on social media websites.

According to a release, the software, LiSN, is a retail version of Innovaro's enterprise software, Listen, and will provide small businesses access to sentiment monitoring similar to that used by global corporations. LiSN uses semantic bots and a natural language processor - artificial intelligence algorithms - to monitor social media and other Web sites, and to capture what customers are saying. Customer sentiment is measured and ranked, both positively and negatively, and the product "learns" through use how customers feel. LiSN will allow small businesses to capture, measure, and correlate what customers are actually saying about their experiences with companies and products.

Par Technology Appoints Christopher Haley as SVP of Engineering - Software Development

Par Technology Corp. announced it has appointed Christopher Haley as Senior Vice President Engineering, Software Development of ParTech, the Company's subsidiary focused on technology solutions for the restaurant and retail food management operators.

According to a release, Haley will have responsibility for development and design of PAR's software solutions. In addition, he will provide technical direction and support for product management. Haley will lead PAR's restaurant and retail technology engineering, architecture and quality teams.

Haley joins Par from The CBORD Group, where he was Vice President, Product Development. In this role, he implemented new software development practices and launched new products using the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

Prior to CBORD, Haley held roles in consulting and development at Unisys Corp. and Digital Equipment / Compaq. He holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
